Rock Strongo Shout out to chef Saine @ Toshokan. He gave me a jar several years ago, and today it's the only chili oil I buy, both OG and extra spicy. It's versatile, both as a condiment and cooking ingredient; I've even used it as the heat source for spaghetti all'assassina to spectacular effect (I call it the Szechuan Assassin).
