I first tried Zinderw’s chili oil at the night 626 market at the alameda County fair. I instantly fell in love with the flavor and bought two jars to take home. Now I find myself coming back to refill. The whole family loves it and I’m constantly asked what I use when it’s in a recipe for a gathering. Honestly it’s the best chili oil on the market.
