Caveat emptor (Buyer Beware)

First off, the fact that their phone number doesn't connect is a pretty big red flag. Secondly, I sent 3 emails to them asking about the country of origin of their ingredients, but received no reply. We have tried requesting a return of our order twice now, but received no reply.

I understand that they are likely a small shop, but customer service will make or break a business. If they don't have the manpower to answer emails and address customer issues in a timely manner, then they should put a notice on their website setting time frame expectations.

It looks like there are numerous others in the reviews that were ghosted when they had an issue that needed attention or a return. It seems that customer service is not a priority for them at all. Why even list a phone number when it immediatly disconnects as soon as you press call?

The lack of customer service and what seems like an avoidance of accountability is enough for me to never purchase from them again. Sad because we used to actually pickup orders from their home when they were first starting out during the pandemic. It seems that they've grown to the point where they can't handle both sides of the business and chose to let customer service tank. I get it. Focus on the side that's bringing in revenue/profits. And for those who need customer support? Why bother? They already have your money!
