I have tried numerous brands of crunchy garlic oils and this is by far my favorite. The possibilities are endless for adding a perfect crunch and mild heat to any dish. My favorites are souped up ramen and of course pan fried dumpling. If you require a bit more of a jolt, try the x batch!
Shout out to chef Saine @ Toshokan. He gave me a jar several years ago, and today it's the only chili oil I buy, both OG and extra spicy. It's versatile, both as a condiment and cooking ingredient; I've even used it as the heat source for spaghetti all'assassina to spectacular effect (I call it the Szechuan Assassin).
