This is a review more on the customer service of Zindrew. I placed my order on June 4, 2026 and at the time of writing (June 18, 2026),I have not received my order. I have reached out to Zindrew by email, their support webpage, and Instagram account and have not received any response back. I have ordered from Zindrew in the past and would receive my order in a couple days, but for this order, my tracking number hasn't updated since June 5th. I don't know why zindrew has not made any attempt to respond back to me, but this is very upsetting. The only email I received from them was asking me to rate my order, which is very annoying with the situation at hand.
