  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
