  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 cup of your favorite cheese (cheddar, Gouda, or a mix works well)
  • ½ cup of well-fermented kimchi, drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup of green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons of Zindrew's OG Garlic Chili Oil (or X Batch for more spice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Prep the Flavors:

  • 4 Slices Sourdough Bread
  • 1 Cup Freshly Grated Cheese (cheddar, Gouda, or a mix works well)
  • ½ Cup Kimchi
  • ¼ Cup Green Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, Room Temperature
  • 2 Tbsp Zindrew Crunchy Garlic Chili Oil - OG or X Batch


  1. Mix cheese, chopped green onions, chopped kimchi, and Zindrew Garlic Chili Oil - OG Batch in a bowl for even flavor distribution.
  2. Butter one side of each sourdough slice. On the unbuttered sides, spread the cheese mixture on two slices and top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
